Welcome to Veva. By placing an order on our website https://vevamenorca.es/, you agree to
the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms have been drafted to
ensure a transparent and fair relationship between the artisan and the customer.

Product Information

Every Veva piece is handmade. Since we work with natural materials such as porcelain and
organic cotton, there may be slight variations in color, shape, or texture compared to
the photographs on the website. These small differences are not defects, but rather a guarantee
that you are purchasing a unique, handmade piece.


Prices and Taxes

The prices shown on the website include VAT applicable in Spain. Veva reserves the
right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced
based on the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Production and Delivery Process

As a slow design brand, we do not always hold large stocks.
● Production times: If the product is not in stock, production time
may range from 1 to 15 working days depending on the product in question.
● Delivery areas: We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Europe.
● Delivery charges: These will be calculated in the shopping basket before completing payment.
● Delivery times: Once handed over to the carrier, delivery usually takes between
24 and 72 hours (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands). Please check delivery times for other destinations.


Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:
● Credit/debit card (via Stripe).
● PayPal.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the
product to return it if you are not satisfied.
● Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its
original packaging.
● Return costs: The cost of returning the item is borne by the
customer, unless the product arrived faulty or was the wrong item.
● Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for customised orders (items
made to measure or with specific modifications requested by the customer) or for
earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they have a manufacturing defect.


Warranty and Complaints

All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity. If you receive an
item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us at hola@vevamenorca.es
within 24–48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the parcel and
the product.
